Teaching about Culture

Here is a list of good websites to use when teaching about cultures:

I love the photos in Time about “What the World Eats” at http://www.time.com/time/photogallery/0,29307,1626519_1373695,00.html

I have used this one before with High Schoolers. Not sure I would let them go on the site by themselves, but it is eye-opening even as an adult. It is called: “If it were my home”
http://www.ifitweremyhome.com/compare/US/CN and it compares US with other countries. Please look before sharing with the students for appropriate content.

Have a great Day!
